58-year-old man, 2 hours of worsening lip and tongue swelling that started this morning. He was recently started on lisinopril. His voice is now muffled, he has audible stridor, and he's sitting bolt upright, anxious. SpO₂ 92% on room air. The airway is threatened and getting worse. You're at the bedside — what do you do?
